We offer an extended program of different styles for our Clients

Morning and Evening Classes are available

 

Pre-Ballet

Children ages 4 & 5 take part in a fun-filled educational class stimulating their imagination and introducing them into the world of dance. Directions, musicality, imagination, basic floor and creative exercises… Children participate without their parents. Children at this level are invited to perform in the Annual Dance Show.

Primary Ballet

A preparatory dance class designed for young dancers ages 5 & 6. Students are introduced to classroom etiquette and basic Ballet class techniques: centers, basic floor work & flexibility exercises, musicality, imagination etc…. This class is conducted in a friendly atmosphere which encourages discipline and learning at the same time. Primary Ballet is taken in alongside free style dance to further expose the young children to the many varieties and joys of dance.
 
Ballet
 
Classical Ballet training is offered to students ages 7 through adult. Ballet class technique centers focus mainly around the Russian system. The course offers barre work, center floor work, flexibility and endurance exercises, choreographic challenges, musicality and terminology.
 
Jazz
 
Jazz Dance comes from the basic, defined Ballet movements. Jazz Dance has become one of the most popular dance styles in recent years. To excel in Jazz, dancers need a strong background in Ballet, as it encourages grace and balance. Jazz class explodes with energy using popular and cultural music. iDancers are encouraged to add their own personality to make each step unique and  fun.  
 
Modern/ Lyrical
 
Modern & Lyrical Dance focuses on use of space, time and energy. This form has a basis in Ballet technique, but allows for more freedom of movement and improvisation. Students are encouraged to focus on their own interpretation of the music.
Modern Dance encourages dancers to use their emotions and moods to design their own steps and routines. It is not unusual for modern dancers to invent new steps for their routines, instead of following a structured code of technique, as in Ballet.
 
Hip Hop
 
A high energy, high impact dance class exploring current styles of movement seen on TV & Music Videos. This form of dance is inspired by Hip Hop music and has been developed from African Dance. All movement and music selections are age appropriate for young dancers and offer a fun and relaxed environment to enjoy this popular dance form. Students taking class have the opportunities to perform throughout the year.
 
Zumba
 
Zumba® is a fitness class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba® uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Latin and hip-hop. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body. Zumba® is often promoted as a dance party,, Now it has Transformed into Oriental as well to become the Ultimate Dance Sport Class.

 Adult Dance

The routines are designed for Adult Ladie with no Dance technique background but love to Dance to start lessons, enjoy  mix of Hard beat Jazz to Oriental Mix sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to help sculpt your body and teach you the Basic techniquesof how to move the different parts of your body.

Latin Ball Room

Latin and Ballroom dance classes from absolute beginners through to experienced dancers,, Lessons focus on step patterns, lead and follow, timing/musicality, styling, feeling and more.

Stretching Dance

It involves a number of bodywork disciplines and features many techniques, the use of ‘partial poses’ and partner assisted stretching exercises to focus on a single joint, contract-relax and other techniques to enhance posture and flexibility.

You will learn techniques to increase your awareness of what is happening in the body and to increase the range of movement of the body’s joints and muscles by effective re-mapping of the brain’s image of its capacities.

Fitness

Fat Burning Fast rythem fitness class designed to burn fat, stay fit, and harmonise fast brain and body interaction.
